1. What StanBid is
StanBid is a fan-powered leaderboard for YouTube creators. Anyone can submit a channel; anyone can “back” a channel with a real, discretionary payment to move it up the board. A creator can later prove ownership of their channel via Google/YouTube sign-in and claim their profile.
StanBid is not gambling or a prize draw. Backing a creator does not involve odds, chance, or a payout to the backer — it is a one-way, voluntary payment made to influence a public ranking, similar in nature to a tip or a donation. Nothing is returned to a backer in exchange for backing, and no outcome is determined by chance.
2. Accounts and claiming a channel
Claiming a channel requires signing in with Google and granted read-only access to your YouTube channel data, used solely to verify that the signed-in account owns the channel being claimed. We do not post, modify, or manage your YouTube channel on your behalf.
3. Backing / payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. StanBid does not directly handle or store your payment card details. All backing amounts are entered voluntarily by the backer, subject to a sanity-check maximum intended to catch typos, not to limit genuine support.

4. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits or abuse submission/backing endpoints.
- Submitting fraudulent, harmful, or knowingly false channel information.
- Attempting to claim a channel you do not own.
- Using the service for money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
5. Disclaimers
StanBid is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Rankings reflect backing activity only and are not an endorsement, certification, or measure of a creator’s content quality by StanBid.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
